Multi-Family HVAC Smart Fan Controller (SFC) Installed for Free in Southern California.  The SFC automatically adjusts and extends cooling and heating variable fan-off delays based on duration of on and off cycles to improve cooling and heating energy efficiency by 10 to 20% based on Intertek laboratory tests.

California Energy Savings Assistance

California utilities provide free direct installation of the Smart Fan Controller (SFC) for income-qualified customers.  The SFC automatically adjusts and extends cooling and heating variable fan-off delays based on duration of on and off cycles to improve cooling and heating energy efficiency by 10 to 20% based on Intertek laboratory tests.  

Mobile Home

California utilities provide incentives to improve the efficiency of air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps in mobile homes.  The SFC automatically adjusts and extends cooling and heating variable fan-off delays based on duration of on and off cycles to improve cooling and heating energy efficiency by 10 to 20% based on Intertek laboratory tests.

HVAC technicians will perform SFC installations and free Lifecycle Refrigerant Management (LRM) AC tune-up diagnostics, duct sealing, smart thermostats, and other energy efficiency measures.
